Un contenitore. E un contenitore senza un preciso perch\u00e9 che lo guida \u00e8 solo rumore ben montato.<br>Pu\u00f2 anche fare numeri, certo, ma numeri di cosa? Attenzione? Vanit\u00e0?<br><br>&#8230;e le opportunit\u00e0 vere? Dipende. Ecco, quel \u201cdipende\u201d \u00e8 esattamente il buco che stiamo ignorando.<br><br>Qui secondo me c\u2019\u00e8 una colpa abbastanza diffusa, soprattutto nel mondo agenzie. Si vende &#8220;tecnologia&#8221; perch\u00e9 \u00e8 pi\u00f9 facile proporla rispetto alla &#8220;conoscenza&#8221;.<br>La tecnologia \u00e8 tangibile, la metti in un preventivo, la consegni, si pu\u00f2 vedere.<br>La conoscenza invece \u00e8 scomoda, ti costringe a parlare di obiettivi finali, di trade-off, di priorit\u00e0, di scelte che escludono cose.<br>E spesso costringe anche a dire \u201cnon vi serve\u201d o, peggio, che quell&#8217;idea imprenditoriale potrebbe essere un passo falso.<br><br>E allora succede che invece di aiutare un\u2019azienda a capire dove vuole arrivare e perch\u00e9, si costruisce un catalogo di output. Reel, ads, landing, newsletter, CRM, automazioni, AI\u2026 ognuno con il suo nome figo.
